Some programs will skew toward quick service, others to casual dining. Submissions may be from both Commercial and Non-Commercial segments of the industry.

Category: Menu Trend Setter
Criteria:
- This category is applicable to operators with less than 20 units in the emerging growth, fine dining or high-volume independent segments
- Unique menu concept that is considered "trend setting" for the larger chain restaurant operators (i.e., not yet seen in chain restaurants)
